1980 - Founded as a personal company, we started importing urgently needed and not easily obtained materials. |

1982 – Until that date, we had been a customer of one of the gigantic companies of the gas and chemistry sector, which is called as “Airproducts” . By making an official agreement, we converted our relations from a customer to an official distributing agency. |

1984 – By establishing our own Helium warehouse, we started serving as the first liquid helium filler company in Turkey. |

1984 – After establishing our own Helium warehouse, we realised that we can not only charge in gas sector, limitedly. So we made official distributing agency agreements in the field of gas equipments with Taylor – Wharton and in the field of linear motion systems with THK companies. |

1986 – Being the Turkish represantative of, one of the worldwide gigantic companies in the field of central lubricating systems, “Lubrequip Company”. |

1987 – In order to serve in the market for the central lubricating products, which are not within the field of Lubrequip, Hatgroup signed a distributing agency agreement with the companies of ILC and Trico. |

1988 – In the field of Automation systems, in order to serve our clients also for “Always Company”. |

1989 – Being a limited company with the name of “Hat”. |

1995 – By founding the company of “Lubrequip Lubricating Systems”, we moved our activities of automation systems and central lubricating systems to this newly founded company therefore increased our power and efficiency. |

1998 – 2000 The Japanese company of “Sumitomo – Mitsui”, has been developing technology and products in the field of Seismic Isolation & Seismic Control Systems. In order to gain information about the technology and products which were developed by Sumitomo – Mitsui, Hatgroup started negotiations with their officers. |

2000 – Taking the official represantation of Sumitomo – Mitsui in Turkey. |

2004 – Creating the trade of Hatgrup which collects all of our activities under the same name.
